With the benefit of a Contemporary royal and all its benefits and buildin side storage, with a 900mm security door to the shed areaand the royal layout of double doors and 4 windows you really do have the best of both worlds. We highly reccomend you add a firestone rubber roof on models 10ft and above this material is totally impervious, maintenance free and ovoids the need for re-felts. With Rock wool insulation between 2" X 2" framing with 12mm cladding on walls and roof and finished off with high quality Navaro laminate floor these insulated summer rooms are perfect for home offices, garden bars, reading rooms and more.

Tanalising

This building is pressure treated and carries a 10 year anti rot guarantee, this stops the building from rotting, once assembled the building will need painting with a good quality oil based water repellent for a long life span 
 

Building Base 

All buildings need a solid level base to be assembled on, this can either be a flagged or concrete base, if you don't have one we can offer a timber framed base that we level up on the day for the building
