This 7ft x 5ft Snowdrop Cottage Wooden Playhouse with Loft is perfect for keeping children entertained, with two stories to allow their imaginations run wild. Boasting an EN71 Safety Certificate, this outdoor playhouse is a safe environment, assured to provide hours of joy.
This building is manufactured using 12mm tongue and groove cladding for a robust construction to withstand daily playtime. The timber used has been planed and round for a smoother finish to provide children protection from potential splinters. The floor is made using 10mm solid sheet board and the roof is made using 8mm solid sheet board to ensure a strong structure that can withstand countless hours of play. Made from 100% shatterproof styrene, the windows of this playhouse have been designed to provide maximum protection against harm. The windows are pre-fitted for safety during construction.
A non-slip ladder features wide grooved steps for grip when children climb to the upper floor. The single door has a smooth gap around the edge to prevent splinters and trapped fingers. Quality roofing felt is included as standard to offer a protective barrier against weather damage. Offering the option for painting, this wooden playhouse can be decorated to match any imagination, to offer many years of outdoor entertainment.
