Most garden buildings fall under Permitted Development if they meet these criteria: height under 2.5m when within 2m of a boundary, must not take up more than 50% of your garden space, and must be for domestic use only. You'll need a solid, level base that extends 2" beyond the building dimensions. We offer our Airtech timber base system, or you can prepare a concrete/paved base yourself. The base must be perfectly level for proper installation.

Q: How long does installation take?

All our buildings are pre-prepared in our factory for efficient installation. Standard and insulated wood-clad buildings are completed within one day. Only plastered buildings take longer, typically around a week, due to plaster drying times and painting requirements.
