Fully insulated and lined out with our electrics pack, Like our Sydney summerhouse but upgraded with grey PVC windows and doors, Painted trims to match. Building comes complete with our insulated base system

 Our Sysdney comes with switched spotlights internally and externally, ample double sockets spread around the building where you choose, consumer unit and panel heater
A 6MM ARMOURED CABLE MUST BE RUN FROM YOUR HOUSE TO THE INSTALLATION AREA  PRIOR TO DELIVERY

Building Base 

This building comes with a timber base, the area you are putting the building needs to be clear of any shrubs or debris and roughly flat, if the area is not quite level this is not an issue as we use a ground auger to screw into the ground and secure treated timber posts that are concreted in place giving a solid foundation
